How Can I Help? You Tell Me.
Land Remediation Research and Follow-Up
One client approached me to say that he owned a piece of property that had land remediation for petroleum done on it at one point by the state but he didn’t have the final letter from the State of MN to release him from the liability side of it. After several years of inactivity, he didn’t know where to start. So I focused on figuring out what had been done, contacted the state and eventually tracked down the paperwork and applied for the release. It took some time and cost a few dollars in paperwork / filing fees but the client got his letter and we managed to solve the problem in a reasonable period of time.

Home-made video series for hot rod shop
Gizmos Custom Cars is a specialty car fabrication shop that hand builds cars for race teams and hot rod enthusiasts. They had a concept of building a car out of a 1960’s Plymouth wagon that would go 200mph at the Bonneville Salt Flats and wanted to document the build. Without a Hollywood-sized budget to work with, we devised a ‘home made’ show concept that didn’t cost that much overall and would communicate the value and express the incredible amount of work it takes to built a car from scratch. To date, that series, Gizmos Garage on Youtube, has had more than 100,000 views and nearly a 1,000 subscribers after 32 Episodes and the channel is well on it’s way to being monetized. This was a two year project that presented a lot of amazing challenges but it worked out well for both Gizmos and for the sponsors. You should see the car – it’s amazing!

Major building maintenance projects
To be fair, this project was while I am an employee but it still illustrates my ability to accomplish big tasks for your company.
While working as a Maintenance and Fleet Supervisor for a 36,000 SQ FT commercial community center owned by The Salvation Army, I helped locate vendors, put together specifications, bid proposals and oversaw major projects like replacing AHU’s , EPDM roofing repair, electrical projects and an elevator shaft that flooded because of a failed sump pump, among other things. These are real deal big-person projects that require serious research and people skills – the same skills I can bring to your company should you need to deal with any of these types of projects.

Working With Companies that need video
Over two decades in the film/tv business has given me a range of skills and abilities to do video and web based work. I recently did a web commercial for a muffler company and am currently developing another piece for them. You can watch that here. I did everything: filming, editing, concept, etc.
Developing Business Relationships
As I’ve moved through life, I’ve collected a truly amazing array of contacts and friends in many different spaces in business from finance, manufacturing, construction, business owners, celebrities, media moguls and everything in-between. Talk about punching above my wieght class! I pinch myself sometimes!
It is unlikely you will stymie me if you need an introduction to a potential client, supplier or financier.
What this means is that I hustle and I know how to network.
I will keep saying this: you tell me what you need. I’ll find it.
Blue Collar Tasks
Pharma: At one point, I was hired to help create and implement a blueprint filing system for a large Pharma company. After deciding on a system, I made labels – hundreds of them, and then physically helped move and file all of thier engineering drawings from the old system to the new. I also ended up making a lengthy internal video for the company as well, with professional voice over person, a script and an all access pass to thier manufacturing facilities.
Project Management: I have also done a variety of positions where I was in charge of a crew to get a job done. If the job is small and manageable enough I can do it myself. If it is large and unwiedly, I can hire a crew and get it done. This means any construction related tasks you can imagine – carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, you name it.
